‘JINGLES’ VISITS INDOOR
BOWL CENTRE
North Lincolnshire Council’s ‘Community Well Being Elf’
named ‘JINGLES’ is visiting a whole range of activities
available in North Lincolnshire between 1st November and
Christmas Eve.
He made a quick visit to Scunthorpe Indoor Bowls Centre to
try out Indoor Bowling. He says it’s a great game for all
ages, existing bowlers, families, groups, schools, Youth
Clubs, Businesses and Special Needs etc and it provides an
excellent way to socialise and meet existing friends and
make many new ones.
Jingles liked the welcoming atmosphere and the ‘Bookends
Café’ in the Indoor Centre where you can pop in and enjoy a
tea or coffee with friends or even enjoy a selection of hot
meals. Jingles advises that anyone wishing to give the game
a try out visits to the ‘OPEN DAY’ that will be
held on SATURDAY 23rd MARCH 2019 anytime between
the hours of 10.30am to 4.00pm at the Scunthorpe Indoor
Bowls Centre (All that is needed is flat shoes as
everything else is provided. Children are welcome, but must
be accompanied by an adult).
SO COME ALONG TO
THE ‘OPEN DAY’ AND TRY IT OUT
